• Read and follow all product labels and applicable laws
• Do not misuse, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service
• Only upload content you have the right to share

Intellectual property

The site, application, and content are owned by Yard Inspector or its licensors. You retain rights to content you upload and grant us a license to process it to provide the service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yard Inspector is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for damage resulting from improper product selection, mixing, application, timing, or use.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these terms.

Yard Inspector is an online software service operated as a sole proprietorship based in Texas, United States. It is not a corporation or limited liability company.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue and any dispute-resolution or arbitration terms must be confirmed by an attorney before launch.
